Mall shoppers were given a chance at viewing the oath-taking ceremony of President elect Benigno Aquino III , our country's 15th President, and Vice-President elect Jejomar Binay via a flat screen TV set up at the mall's main hallway. Shoppers clapped and cheered President Noynoy as he delivered his now famous lines "Walang wang-wang, walang counter flow, walang tong."
